Our refurbishment standard

All products sold by GLAMR are refurbished unless a product page explicitly says “New”. Refurbished means the product has been previously owned or used (including customer returns and ex-display units), then professionally tested, cleaned, repaired where necessary and graded. Refurbished products are not new products and are not sold as new.

• Full functional test of motor, heating, battery and controls.

• Cleaned and sanitised; filters and worn parts replaced where needed.

• Safety-checked and graded by cosmetic condition.

• Packed in protective packaging (not the original retail box unless stated).

Grade A Refurbished: Excellent condition. Fully tested and cleaned; at most very light marks, invisible at arm's length.

Grade B Refurbished: Good condition. Fully tested and cleaned; light signs of previous use such as small scuffs.

Grade C Refurbished: Fair condition. Fully tested and working; visible cosmetic wear. Best value.

Every grade is fully functional. The grade only describes cosmetic condition. Each product page shows the grade, the warranty and any unit-specific notes (for example a replaced battery or filter).

Refurbished devices usually ship in protective GLAMR packaging rather than the original retail box. The product page lists what is included; accessories may be genuine parts recovered from other units or compatible equivalents where stated.

GLAMR is an independent reseller of refurbished goods. Brand names such as Dyson, Philips, Wahl and BaByliss are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the genuine products being resold. GLAMR is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these manufacturers, and manufacturer warranties generally do not transfer to refurbished units — GLAMR's own seller warranty applies instead.
