Terms and conditions

All products sold by GLAMR are refurbished unless a product page explicitly says “New”. Refurbished means the product has been previously owned or used (including customer returns and ex-display units), then professionally tested, cleaned, repaired where necessary and graded. Refurbished products are not new products and are not sold as new.

The condition grade, warranty period and any unit-specific notes shown on the product page at the time of purchase form part of the description of the goods, and are recorded on your order.

GLAMR is an independent reseller of refurbished goods. Brand names such as Dyson, Philips, Wahl and BaByliss are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the genuine products being resold. GLAMR is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these manufacturers, and manufacturer warranties generally do not transfer to refurbished units — GLAMR's own seller warranty applies instead.

Company name, registered address, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number and VAT number.

Contract formation, pricing and currency terms, wholesale (volume) discounts, delivery and risk transfer, warranty handling, complaints procedure, dispute resolution and applicable law.
