Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight and dimensions recorded on each product, the quantity in your cart, the dispatch address (Shenzhen, China) and your delivery address. Larger orders are split into several boxes and quoted as a multi-piece shipment.

When live carrier credentials are configured, rates come directly from DHL. Otherwise the checkout clearly labels the amount as an estimate.

Dispatch times, cut-off times and handling days are to be confirmed by GLAMR before launch.

Products are dispatched from China, so every order is an import. For EU deliveries of goods up to €150, VAT can be collected at checkout under the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) so customers pay nothing on delivery; above €150, or without IOSS registration, the carrier collects VAT, duties and a handling fee from the customer.

Whether GLAMR registers for IOSS (and shows prices VAT-inclusive) is a business and tax decision to confirm with GLAMR's accountant before launch. This page must state the final answer.
