Returns

EU consumers buying online generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. This applies to refurbished goods in the same way as to new goods.

Hygiene-sensitive items (for example shavers and trimmers) can be excluded once their seal has been broken. GLAMR should confirm with its legal advisor whether and how this exception is used, and label such items clearly before purchase.

Who pays return postage, the return address (EU or China), and the condition items must be returned in. Returning to China is costly — an EU returns address is strongly recommended.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund availability through the payment provider (PayPal) is part of the payments go-live checklist in the admin.
